I just wanted to thank you for resolving my problem with Dominion Power, and for getting me a credit of $1356.01. I knew that something was wrong when my bills kept coming in so high. As you know, I had a house fire and Dominion Power removed my meter. When they replaced the meter, they put me on the wrong schedule, as your company found out. I would have never known if your company had not found this problem.

Effectiveness accompanied by courtesy are a rare combination in today’s world. The courtesy you extended to me when I received a ridiculously high bill from Dominion power was more then I expected. It would have been easy for you to direct me to their customer service line. Instead, you took the $810.00 error as your own and dealt directly with your contacts to resolve their error in my favor.

Any time when you deal with a large bureaucratic company like Dominion you feel like you are swimming upstream. Having you take the issue off my hands and fight for me was unexpected and a relief that I had someone covering my back.

24 Years of service in the Army and a tour in a combat zone toughened me for any fight, but that fight always leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Your actions went above and beyond my expectations, spared me the fight, and raised the bar for all other service-oriented businesses.

I just wanted to tell you in writing how much I love my new system. I was very skeptical at first while listening to your “sales pitch” BUT wish I had not taken 3 months to “think” on it. I look back at the “thinking” period and now know it cost me at least $300!!! I have yet to notice an interruption of power in my house since it was installed. THE ONLY way I can tell it there is by the decrease in my electric bill which I can say is VERY noticeable.

Alex if there is one thing I can say “Waiting or thinking about installing this product is costing you money.” Make the jump, install it and start saving today.

This is just a note after these seven years to let you know how satisfied I am, both at home and at Duck-In, with my entire experience with Energy Consultants, Inc. and your equipment.

Even an idiot like me can handle these energy controllers, although you and your service staff have made my use of the equipment unnecessary. The equipment has never failed and performs reliably and behind the scenes.

Lastly, these have been two good investments and have paid for themselves in a reasonable time frame at no cost to my family’s or customers’ comfort.

We are so pleased with the savings we are getting with the Energy Sentry from Brayden Automation that you installed almost a year ago. This is our second Energy Sentry unit.

The first was installed over ten years ago at our former home. With the move here last January, our winter bill was nearly $500 the first month! I called you and quickly had another unit put in.

We continue to be delighted with the operation with the Energy Sentry. Not only does it save us on our electricity use, but we are contributing to a greener planet. If everyone had an Energy Sentry, the power company would have to build fewer new plants because our usage is suppressed during peak periods. We all know the system has to be built to supply enough power at times of peak usage.

Here in our new home, a year later, with the energy Sentry, bills have not been above $350 and we’re just as comfortable. What I appreciate most is the service you offer after the sale. At our former home, you and your staff kept our software updated, and were always available for consultation years after the sale. The monthly monitoring of our Dominion Power bill, and suggested adjustments to the Energy Sentry, have resulted in even more savings.

I wanted to thank you for contacting Dominion Power and correcting the fact that they (Dominion Power) were charging us the wrong rate schedule even though you had installed the Computerized Energy Management System. Dominion Power has since contacted us and informed me that since the time of installation (late Oct.) thru the first week of March they re-applied the proper rate schedule (reflecting the installation of the Computerized Energy Management System) and I actually got a refund (YES A REFUND!) for the amount of $127.12. The system has been great and I have not noticed any sacrifices. I wish I had met you earlier!

Thank you for handling the daylight savings update so quickly. It reminded me that this was the first time that my unit needed servicing in the nearly 15 years that I’ve had it. Not a bad record.

When your father first approached me about installing the unit I was single and saw little need to control a power bill that was never more than $150 a month. When I married and my new wife and her children moved in that bill nearly doubled. I asked for a proposal. I was skeptical of the savings that the analysis showed but I purchased anyway. That proved to be one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Over the past years I seldom have a bill over $200 and a review of my bills and usage showed that the system paid for itself in a little over a year.. .the rest of the savings have been 100% mine.

This time you found that our new A/C units were installed in a manner that disconnected them from the energy saver system. You electrician has now corrected that problem and we look forward to the savings. For anyone else that may read this, we bought Alexsystem about a decade ago. He followed up with us several years afterwards and found that Dominion Power had installed new meters that did not recognize the system. Bottom line is that Alex chased Dominion Power over the course of a few months and achieved a return to us of about $2,900 in over charges

Customer service over time is a rare event in these times, but Alex delivers. We highly recommend his product and service

I wanted to write a letter to express my satisfaction with the performance of the Energy Sentry demand controllers. I have 3 homes that are rentals in the Sandbridge area of Virginia Beach and all 3 have your proven product.

I have to say that I was very concerned that the renters would experience discomfort despite the money-saving opportunity for me. I was pleasantly surprised, as the systems haven’t caused any disruptions to the renters. In addition, I was able to save $ 4483.00 this summer alone on my power bills!

In closing, I would highly advise any homeowner that has a beach rental to meet with you to learn more about your terrific product. Good luck with your business.

I am very pleased with the money we are saving especially during these hot summer months. Your analysis of our latest bill shows that I saved almost $120 this month. That is great news and it is all simple and automatic because of your energy-saving system. My husband is delighted also. Do you remember him? He was the guy standing out in our driveway when you drove up. He was so afraid you were going to try to “sell” him something that he did all that he could to dissuade you from getting out of your car. Your sense of humor about the situation convinced him to listen to you. After that, it was an easy decision to agree to install the energy-saving system.

Approximately three and a half years ago I purchased your Energy Sentry Model 9388, Over the past 3 1/2 years, I only had one service call on the Energy Sentry. Your company responded rapidly and I have not had any problems since then, I have found that Energy Sentry is extremely easy to use and very user-friendly. Modifications can be made easily by me to adapt to any change of lifestyle that I might have. It is interesting to note, that before we moved into this house we lived in about a 2400 square foot house without your system. Out electric bills were $250-$300 per month in some months. Now we live in a 6000 square foot house, with the Energy Sentry, and our monthly bills rarely exceed $200. Also, more importantly, I have become more aware of my electric usage since installing the Energy Sentry. We truly believe that we are Saving Money Through Energy Efficiency.

I highly recommend the Energy Sentry to those homeowners that are concerned with the high cost of electricity and, at the same time, would like to help the environment.

I am writing to let you know how very happy we are with the Energy Sentry system, you installed in our home, in 2007. Our power bills dropped dramatically within the first month, just as you said they would. I was skeptical that the change would be so radical, especially with having installed a hot tub at the same time. I thought we might break even at best. It was nice to be proven wrong and to have spent money on something that is as good as it was presented to be.

My husband and I recommend you, and this system, to others. It is hard to understand why anyone would not install the Energy Sentry. The savings more than pay for the system, and I can’t imagine going back to our Dominion Power bills before it was installed.
